Student Accounts: Refund Information
- The Student Account must reflect a credit balance (a balance with a negative (-) number)
- Students must complete the Refund Request Form which will submit the request to the Student Accounts team for review.
- Log into Campus Experience
- Scroll to Financials on the Left menu
- Then Direct Deposit Refund Set up
- Complete all of the requested information on all pages
- Save
Important Notice:
The Student Accounts Office may decline a refund request if there are pending charges from other campus departments (e.g., Bullet Bucks, Health Center, housing damages, or fines) or if anticipated financial aid adjustments reduce the available credit on the student’s account.
